The Secretary of the Inter-Islamic Network on Nano-Technology (INN) has appointed Professor Dr. Mohammad Ali Nilforoushzadeh as the Head of the Department of Dermatology and Related Equipment this international platform.
According to the Public Relations, Dr. Abolhassan Imani, Secretary of INN, stated in his decree, issued upon the recommendation of the Executive Strategic Deputy of this international platform, that Professor Nilforoushzadeh has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Dermatology and Related Equipment of INN in recognition of his distinguished background in education, research, and innovation.
Professor Dr. Mohammad Ali Nilforoushzadeh holds a fellowship in dermatologic plastic surgery, laser, and hair transplantation from the United Kingdom. He has authored more than 320 international publications and developed seven innovations in nanometric laser technology. He is ranked among the top 2% of the world’s scientists, is a four-time consecutive recipient of the Razi Research Award, and is considered one of the pioneers of stem-cell-based therapies for skin diseases.
This renowned physician and innovator has held several key executive positions, including the Presidency of the Skin and Stem Cell Research Center at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Secretary of the Iranian Society of Dermatologists, Head of the Iranian Center for Regenerative Medicine, and President of the Leishmaniasis and Dermatologic Diseases Research Center.
Notably, the INN Network is an international platform for leveraging the power of science and technology to support inclusive empowerment. The Network strives to provide a dynamic platform for countries to achieve growth, progress, and a knowledge-based economy by fostering collaboration between elites, professors, researchers, universities, research institutes, and knowledge-based companies.
